IS IT PERMISSABLE TO HAGGLE IN ISLAM AND IF SO TO WHAT EXTENT?

Bargaining/ Haggling is permissible provided it is reasonable to the other party. The Hadith commands us to desire for your Muslim brother what you desire for yourself.
